White poo

One of my chickens poo was white this morning. Can anyone tell me what that means?

Was it just one poop or have they had several white poops? Just one chick or several? What are you feeding them?

There is usually some white in chicken poo. Chickens don't urinate. The uric acid concentrates and is secreted as a white spot in the poo. They may have just had one poo with more uric acid waste than normal and will return to their normal poo.

Solid white poos are something else altogether...

We have two chickens and only one had white poo. It was only one time that I know of and it was really runny. We are feeding them Start & Grow. We have also been giving them watermelon and grapes.

Stop giving watermelon and grapes for a few days and see if the condition improves. If it does go back to feeding the treats but not in a large quantity. Just as treats.
