White powder on Comb?

Can anyone help me identify what is going on with my hen? Both she and her sister, both blue Andalusians, have this white spot and white power looking stuff on their comb. None of the other hens have this. They are all laying daily and acting fine. Thanks in advance!

Could be a fungal infection. It's pretty common. You treat it with an anti-fungal cream. Most topical creams used for athlete's foot, jock itch, or yeast infections will work.

 

[Eggcessive]

Try using some coconut oil on the combs or another moisterizing cream every day. It looks like dry skin to me, but using monistat 7 or Lotrimin for favus (fungus) infection won't kill them. The photo below shows a serious fungal infection called favus:
