If she has worms they probably all have them. I would probably treat them at the same time so you can keep track of it and put them on a schedule--say twice a year. There will still be worm eggs in the soil to get them again, but this will treat a worm load.

Is there anything I should do about the eggs in the soil?
 
I doubt if there is much you can do. As long as they are free ranging it is not a problem as much as if they are penned up.
They actually are penned. They have over 300 sq feet of pen for 8 hens. They spend about 50% of their time penned and 50% free ranging.
