White sore?

Please excuse my nasty nails but does anyone know what is going on here? It is on the wing of our new Brahma pullet. It looks like in addition to getting new feathers she was picked on pretty bad at the feed store where she came from and I can’t tell if it is a sore that has gotten infected or part of her trying to heal

So I could be wrong, but for some reason the location is making me think it's just the elbow part of the wing? Is it on the other wing, do your others have it? Is it swelled, sore to the touch, was it the site of a prior injury?
