White spots automatically mean boy?

Barnyard mix. I know that with some sexlinks the white spot means a boy. Is that what is going on here? This one jumped out of the brooder table and was chest bumping chickens that are a month older.

White head spot indicates the barring gene.
It's a sex linked gene so ya it can be used to produce sex linked chicks.
If the chick's father wasn't carrying the barring gene but it's mother was then it is a male. Otherwise it may or may not be.

Too young to tell yet (unless you know that the head spot is sex-linked, but you would need to know who the parents were for that). A fair amount of comb growth since the last photo - I wouldn't be surprised if it's a cockerel, but will hold of until s/he is a bit older to make a final call ;)
