Please see pics. My one hen has white spots that look like a fungus on her waddles. Is this normal or is it a fungus since there’s been soooo much rain lately in the northeast United States. If it is a fungus—how do I treat it and should my other hens be treated also

Those are her earlobes. Ive never seen that before so hopefully someone else who has comes along. In the meantime, can you pick her up and look into her ears? Are the ear holes blocked? Do those weirdly colored areas feel rough, bumpy or just like regular chicken skin?

I think you are looking at her earlobes rather than her wattles. Earlobes can vary in color, your hens look normal to me. You can do a search for chicken earlobes color and find lots of pictures, may put your mind at ease.
