White stuff on chicken's wattles- fungus?

Recently I noticed some of my chickens have this white stuff on their wattles/ears. After looking into it I think it's fungus? The rooster has it especially bad. They don't have any behaviour changes or acting sick other than the pooping problem which I posted about earlier. I doubt they are related though.

White Earlobe, usually an indicator of a white egg layer, I have a brown egg laying Red (RI, NH or Production Red hatchery bird) who has a White Ear Lobe. So it happens.

I agree that looks normal and the other earlobe should be identical. Some breeds have white earlobes or even some partial white coloring. Here are some pictures of favus which can affect the comb, wattles, the face, and may spread into feathered areas.
