Hi everyone. My girl has had this white stuff growing on her comb for months now. It never got any bigger one day it just appeared and didn’t seem to bother her. I’ve tried to wipe it off but it’s hard and seems stuck on there like cement. Anyone know what this is. I noticed today I got into another place about not spreading for months.

I've had a couple of birds with this on their comb. Never have I found any information on it, or pictures that compare. It may be debris that gets in the nooks and crannies and hardens (like mudballs on the toes, you can google that). I've never done anything about it, and it's never caused a problem. Since combs can bleed a LOT if injured, I've just left them alone and will continue to do that unless it appears to be infected or has some other issue. So, I actually don't know what it is, but on my birds it hasn't been a problem I needed to do anything about.
