White stuff around vent and on feathers , what do I need to do ???

Can you give us a better description of the white stuff... is it powdery, moist, ? Then maybe someone can help.

It's a white chalk , moist looking it's all over the vent ,& feathers , it eats, drinks it's 6 wk. old its heavy white bird [A&M] Does this help ?

If it's male it could be the remenants of its foam ball, if it's dry, it could be an infestation of lice/other, and could need treating. Can you add a photo?
