*I need to add a disclaimer - the fellow I bought these from only told me they were 'white' turkeys (brilliant!), but they very well could be Beltsville Small Whites, rather than White Midgets, as they are quite large-breasted. Sorry I don't know the exact term to use, but you can see the pictures and gauge for yourself.*
Due to work schedules and elderly parents, we've made the tough decision to sell all our poultry. We have two pair of White Midget Turkeys, who have always been penned together. Tom (the elder) and TomTom (the junior) are both fertile and their hens Ho-retta and Betty are laying like crazy. We are getting one or two eggs everyday,
Please email me at [email protected] for availability and pricing. Tom is such a big pet; he nudges your leg if you're not giving him enough attention. That nudge means he wants you to scratch his head. He really loves for me to sit on the ground so he can sit in my lap for some undivided attention. He's quite jealous of Betty sitting in my lap and taking a nap with her head on my shoulder. TomTom is not quite as needy for loving but it quite a sweet fellow. The hens are just as calm and sweet as the toms are. I've got 8-9 poults (so far...there are more eggs in the 'bator).
I really don't want these guys to wind up on somebody's table...they are just too petted. If that's your intentions, lie to me, I won't be able to stand it.
Thanks,
Rita
