Measure with an oral syringe. You can do it with bread if you make sure they get the whole dose, you don't want to under dose them. The medication is pretty safe, a little too much won't hurt them. You can also just use the syringe, pull down on the wattles, put it in their beak and they'll swallow it. If they are hard to catch, then take them off the roost after dark, or early in the morning before it's light, they will be calmer then, and you won't have to chase them down. If they struggle, wrap them in a towel like a burrito with their heads sticking out.

I would try to do it as close to the same time each day as you can, if you need to switch times, then try to do that time for the rest of the doses. An hour here or there won't likely make a difference, but you want to try to keep it consistent so that the worms don't have time to recover.
