White wriggling things in poop- how can I tell if it’s worms or fly larvae?

Could anyone help me identify these white wriggling things in my chicken’s poop? I was about to scrape it off of my patio with a shovel when I leaned in a little closer and noticed movement! I’ve never dewormed my flock before and I’m a little lost in all of the advice here. I saw another post mention it could be fly larvae? For reference I’m in New Jersey, plenty hot here and lots of flies but I’m concerned it could be tapeworms. Thank you! Video attached.

Those are tapeworm segments. You need to purchase Equimax equine paste at a feed store and dose the bird that excreted the feces containing the tapeworm segments. There is no need to treat all your chickens unless they show segments in feces.
Equimax is given orally, dosage is 0.03ml per pound of weight or 0.15ml for a 5lb bird.

Equimax contains Ivermectin and Praziquantel. It's the Praziquantel that kills tapeworms, and it's very effective in doing so.
Ivermectin treats different types of roundworms. However, Ivermectin is showing roundworm resistance in some parts of the country due to its overuse in treating poultry mites over the years, when its primary purpose is a wormer.

I agree. Tapeworms.

And @dawg53 is right...it's the P word that you need to get rid of tapes.
