Duck ID please

I have three tiny ducks that look exactly like these two so even tho I was told one was female, I'm not believing that. But the name of the duck breed that I was given couldn't be found with a google search. They are very tiny, smaller than they look here. 1/2 the size of a runner duck. For ref that is a young Rouen female next to them. More the size of a call duck I think. Breed??

Those are Call ducks. Snowy coloration, maybe? Both are male.
Also, the “female” Rouen is very much a young male.

Oh thank you. I had two male Rouen ducks that were far more colorful so I assumed he was a she.
