i know ive seen it on here before somewhere but i cant find it is the white ring under candling a dead egg?

The ring will be red. When the chick dies in the earlier stages, all the blood drains out forming a red horizontal ring around the egg.

Are you seeing the ring that forms around the air sac? The air sac seems to become more clearly visible as an egg develops. Maybe that is what you are seeing.

no it moves when you turn the egg round two of the eggs have it two dont oh and i forgot to mention there goose eggs

How long have the eggs been incubating for? If it's just been a couple of days what you are seeing is probably the germinal disk which is pretty large in the first few days. It appears whitish and floating on the yolk while candling. IF this is the case this means your eggs are fertile and developing.
