Whitewash vs paint

Hello alL! I am getting ready to paint my new coop and I was wondering what you all did to the inside? The inside of this one is plywood. Should I make a whitewash or just buy interior white oil or latex paint? Any suggestions appreciated!

I used left over interior latex paint from my house interior painting. All colors were a satin or "eggshell" type latex, easy to clean.

Awesome! Thank you! The people who we bought our house from left 2 gallons of a white satin latex so that is what I'm going to use!

Satin latex is perfect.
