Are those the only chickens you have?

No, I have 2 Ameraucana (22 weeks), 2 Barred Rocks (22 weeks and both laying), the possible Astralorp pictured above, a Buff Orp (20 weeks), and 2 Olive Eggers that are about 19 weeks. One is the lavender posted above and one is a blue.

They all look like pullets to me too! I don’t really see any spiky hackles or saddles. Could you get more pictures of the second one?

They all look like girls, at least the ones you were asking about. What about the other chickens you have? Also, sometimes hens can make a crowing noise.


Not sure who this is in the background and it's hard to tell just from these pics, but the tail feathers of the one I circled almost looks like a roo

So, that’s Teeny. I didn’t think it would be her because she’s still a bit younger. This is her, about 2 weeks ago. She’ll tuck my hand under her with her wings and settle in for a cuddle, like she’s brooding eggs. Would a young roo do that?
I didn’t know that sometimes hens make a crowing noise. Maybe that’s what I heard. Two of the three babes in my OP make a sort of honking, kazoo noise that the other birds don’t make.

I'm not sure on that. And for some reason I'm not seeing the picture if you attached one. How many chickens do you have? If it wouldn't take too long I would try to get good pics of everyone but the 3 that are most likely hens.

Maybe post pictures of each of your chickens (that aren’t laying).

Are these the only two left? Have you posted all of the chickens you own? If so, they are all 100% girls.
