Had the greens, peas, cornbread and hog jowl last night. Setting down now to a late breakfast of buttermilk biscuits, country ham, smoked jowl and fresh eggs. Now which do I want with it? homeade plum butter, crabapple preserves, apple butter, peach preserves or just fresh butter and local Sorghum molasses? so hard to choose....

Love corned beef and cabbage but here for New Years day it is collards, blackeyed peas and pork roast.
