Who are your ducks?

These are my ducklings. Rouens- Bronte, Kayla and Bartholomew. Cayugas- Poe, Annabel and Mina. Welsh Harlequins Lottie, Tilly and Betty.

Pekin- Daisy, Blue Swedish- Blu, Golden 300 - Pip and Harp.

I have two adult Swedish ducks the grey and black and white one. Two created ducklings I’m assuming because the feed store didn’t know what they were. Two Ruan ducklings and a brown duck again I’m just assuming. And my littlest black ones are Cayuga ducks.

so cute! I said this in earlier post, but I have some buffs. Should I worry about them flying?

Nope, you don't need to worry about them flying away. Mallards, Calls, and Muscovies can fly, but all other domestic duck breeds can't.

Here are my ducks:

Love your pics!!!!:love Also my friend had some blue Swedish and they flew away. Can they fly to? I am really debating if I want to get some of them. The only way I would not is if they fly.

Keep the pics coming they are all so cute!!!!!:wee:thumbsup:celebrate:ya

There was a member on here some years back that said I believe it was her Blue Swedish that flew. Another poster on here just recently says her Pekins are flying so I guess anything is possible, we're waiting on pics of the Pekins to see if they maybe another breed besides Pekin.

I have four ducks, a pair of Pekins that are a year old (Sunny drake Easy duck) and two Rouens that are now about seven weeks old. I'm still not sure what gender they are.

Ducklings are undoubtedly cute, but I am so glad the babies are big enough to go outside! So messy and stinky inside. Plus I believe they are also much happier.

Sunny is my fav, if I go sit down outside he will come within a foot of me and just go on quacking about his day lol. Both the pekins are curious and friendly, if you are doing anything outside they will hang out with you and offer their insight. The Rouens are still a bit skittish, and I haven't let them outside of the pen yet.

Easy checking herself out in the reflection of my truck. My shepherd/dobe boy is obsessed with the little ones.
