I'm curious about these hemp seeds now. How do you eat them? Plain? Mixed in your yogurt?

I have seen them in the "health food" section at the local grocery store.

With your head tilted down like that, there is not as much glare off your beautiful teeth (JK)

I have serious tooth envy. I have terrible teeth from bad genetics and then tetracycaline staining on top of it.
