Who could the parents of this chick be?

If this is better suited for genetics i will ask for it to moved. I wasn‘t really sure where to post this though.
This chick was hatched out of my own flock after i removed the two chickens with visible cross beak. One a hen, who lays soft eggs, the other a cockerel, who i thought wasn’t mating with my hens. This chick was hatched out a couple weeks ago and the eggs were collected two to three months after the cock was re-homed. Can cross beak be recessive?

Potential mothers:
One white silkie
Silkies of many colors i dont know. They look grey to me with buff coloring around their necks.
Buff cochins
Millie Fleur D’uccles

Potential Fathers:
Buff Silkie
Millie Fleur D’uccle
Black/ grey cross beak Silkie?

Pictures of the baby and adult birds:
I couldn’t find pictures of the buff Cochins. The two naked necks i included because they’re in my flock. I’m pretty sure they’re not this chicks mom.

Rooster i re-homed but the hens look very similar to him. The hen that hatched him out actually looks just lik him.

One parent has to be a Cochin, since the chick has yellow legs, and no other breed you listed has that trait.

The other parent has to be a Silkie, since the chick inherited a fifth toe, and no other breed you listed has that trait.

As far as cross beak goes, it seems particularly common in SIlkies or Silkie crosses. Best not to breed from cross beak chickens.

I thought it was the Cochin as well because of the yellow legs. And the fifth toe tipped me off that it had silkie in it. So I would assume that the roo would be the father?

I didn’t actually mean to breed the cross beak. I removed my cross beak hen from my breeder flock a couple months before I wanted to start selling eggs so this wouldn’t happen. I didn’t realize that too was mating already. Can cross beak be recessive? Do I have to worry about it in any of my hens that don’t show it?
