That's funny. You ought to (re)name your roo Ickey. LOL Boy those were the days....Kenny Anderson, Chris Collinsworth, Jim Breech, and then Boomer.....wow that's when they knew how to really play football.
Don't forget Tim Crumrie, David Fulcher, Anthony Munoz, and James Brooks. Wow, it was great being a fan back then. The agony for all those years of staying dedicated is paying off now. I can remember a few years ago listening to the games on the radio because they weren't on TV. Now that's dedication.
Yeah, I can't forget those guys either. Back in high school I used to write for our school newspaper.LOL Anyway I was able to go to Spinney Field and interview alot of the Bengals. I was thoroughly impressed with Anthony Munoz. I never realized how big football players really were til that day. It still brings a smile to my face when I think about it. It's kind of funny how things like this come full circle. It has taken this generation of Bengal's players to finally find their niche and to come together as a team. That's what wins games when they check all their ego's and pride at the door and come to play ball. It's finally an honor to say I'm a Bengal's fan instead of having to say it quickly in passing in hopes that someone doesn't hear me muttering their name under my breath.
I think they have what 3 or so games to win to keep their undefeated record?
Oh and we do not have tv programming so we usually just listen to the games on the radio...like the 'old' days.
