    This may be the most ironic post ever.

    Literally 30 minutes ago I made a post asking what squatting was. Once finished I went down to the coop to say goodnight and found this beaut on the ground. MY FIRST EGG... at 9 oclock at night. lol. Anyhow, Now I'm wonder what breed this belongs too. Barred Rock, Wyandotte, or Speckled Sussex. I can't tell. They all look the same online.[​IMG]

    Those breeds lay the same color, you will have to do some investigation yourself to see who it is, most get pushy and vocal when they start laying. Congratulations.

    Congrats! With some pictures of the birds, we might be able to give you a clue who did it. But in a few days, if you pay attention, you can see who is singing when the egg is laid.
