I raised 14 too!!!! i shipped them from florida because i am the only one in the area with them!! only 14 hatched out of 57 eggs...

hey I know that feeling! Out of 30 only 14 hatched but that's okay! They were shipped to me so maybe that's why. 14 is a handful though ya know. I own a lot of animals but quails are just the best. Full of energy.

I LOVE them! SO cute! my hen (Nova) is actually setting right now! day 6!

they are a year old in 2 days!!! she has gone broody ten times but the chicks always die before the hatch. it is very strange.

I wish I had button quail but won't be getting any til we move to a house. Did they hatch this time? The other ones always died in the shell? When I had them a long time ago they died after hatching- I found out I wasn't supposed to keep 2 pairs in the same enclosure. Maybe you can try hatching them via incubator and give them to her supervised?

i don't know if they will hatch this time, there is still like a week and a half left, yes. they always die in the shell, but are fully developed. and she will not get off the eggs till i take them away. i would love to incubate some but i do not have a incubator, my friends said i could borrow theirs but then they filled theirs up

oops you said day 6, I somehow read that as 6 days left. Well that is odd that they don't hatch..maybe you will get lucky this time.

I'm praying! she has faithfully attempted it 10 times and she turned 1year old 3 days ago!
