Who else is getting SNOW?!

I live in Chico, California, actually above in the Foothills at 1500 ft, we got snow a couple of days ago, which doesnt happen every year! Waiting for more in the next few hours or days, never know! Hoping for a White Christmas. We go to the hills to pull people out of the snow in our 4x4's, my husband has a sticker on his truck that says "got snow" ...a take on the old "got milk" commercial....he loves the stuff....goofball!
My chickens dont care, they go out in the snow, rain, wind....I put their snack and feed inside, I put up their weekly feeders now....they need to stay dry but they dont care, I think they tell me to mind my own business, Im not a chicken! Hmmph.

It started snowing here Wednesday night and stopped for a while last night. I live between Spokane, WA and Coeur d'Alene, ID.

Spokane measured 24" of snow and CDA 36", so I probably got around 30 or more inches of snow over the past 36 hours. We dug out all day yesterday with a snow blower and the tractor and are still not done. Most of the roads were closed too.

We got about 4 inches last night, its sunny right now, with a temp of 0. Chickens came out after I shoveled a path!

We're supposed to get more snow tonight and tomorrow. We're going to get wind as well, and our windchill will be around -40 or so they say.

We got about 7" yesterday and we are expecting about 7" more this afternoon.

Hasn't started yet, but expect it any minute!!! Southern Vermont, expecting 12+ today and a nor' easter on Sunday!

I'm on the southcoast of Ma so I'm getting 8-12. DH is still working on getting power to the people from the ice storm and we have the snow today and another storm on Sunday. At this rate he may not come home for yule/christmas.

In N.E. Ohio, we have a coating of ice over all the branches and trees, latches, doors, walkways, grass... well you get the idea. It's supposed to turn to rain soon and melt 'mostly' but then a good chance of snow tonight... OH JOY! THAT will be fun!!

Of course, you all KNOW what happens when we complain about the weather............
