Have a foot on the ground as of this morning, and another foot then freezing rain coming on Saturday into sunday, with a hight wind warning with gusts to 90!!!!! I think I may move into a cave:

It's 2:26 here and finally we've got little tiny flakes coming down. But it will be 30 MPH winds tonight, a Nor'easter, and the coop & run always get plastered in those. I put up big plywood sections on the sides and top of the run this morning, but we'll see if they don't sail on up the hill.

Comeon, I would do it, but there would be a large splash and probably I would be stuck in the mudd, think how warm the fireplace will feel when you get done making them.

Heavy snow anticipated in all of Connecticut. School was cancelled but the snow just started about half an hour ago. We got a lot of errands done but everyone was out there! My SIL and family are supposed to be flying from Iowa City to Westechester County NY tomorrow. That may not be happening on schedule.
