Good for you 3lbs is gr8. If I stick with the plan I seem to be averaging about 2 lbs a week. Of course I want the quick fix and wish it would come off quicker but looks like it's going to take a bit of time..If I stay on plan I give myself a year to take off 60 lbs..You all think that's reasonable?

Lost 2 lbs. this week...thats 7 lbs. gone in 4 weeks...
My husband is doing WW with me and he has lost 15lbs. and a pants size, I wish it was as easy for women as it is for men to lose weight...

But hey, 7lbs. gone beats 7 gained anyday...yay!!

Great job everyone!
Woods Woman, 2lbs a week is the fasted you should be shedding weight. Anything over that for more than a couple months in a row is unhealthy!

. Totally understand the husband thing, my husband is on plan too and easily losses 5-8 lbs a week..it makes me so envious. Wish it were that easy for me, but I understand the whole men and weight thing so whatever.

So glad I saw this... I started last week and I have been real good (under 25 points a day). My brother is getting married June 27th and we ordered our dresses in January. Needless to say, since then I've gained some weight and dress is VERY snug

.. So since last week, joined the gym, going 2x a day, and I already see results. I have a picture of the dress that I tape to the machines I use at the gym and it definately gives a boost

So I have til June 10th to lose 10 pounds

I am hurting though

Chickie Mamma you can do it. You'll have to work hard to get that 10 off by the wedding, but I'm sure you'll be in a better place regardless.

I've been plugging along, it's been a good week. I walked my 2 miles yesterday, but I think I'm going to rethink where I'm walking. I'm also considering some water aerobics come June, but that is still up in the air. Hope your all doing well.

I'm so bummed -- gained two pounds! It seems so hopeless to be hungry so much of the time and feel so deprived, and then gain weight to boot. Oh, well, tomorrow is another day.
