Glad you ended upwith some from ebay guy..
My few made it threw the weekend without me.....incubator was down to 93 so I may have lost the remaining quail.

What brand is you cabinet incubator?

GQF sportsman incubator with the electronic thermostat & see-thru door.
I love it. I don't think I'd have the patience for anything less.
I had 8 eggs in the cabinet hatcher... looked pretty pathetic. Now I only have the lone quail egg in the GQF 'bator. Looks empty.
I won't be hatching again for a few months.
My next hatch will hopefully be some of my own silkies, some purchased SQ silkies, and my replacement eggs from the ebay guy. I'm thinkin' Feb.

It should be soon. I just had one hatch today from the ones I didn't send you. It's a bit early though

I'm just hoping it hatches before Friday. Tomorrow would be nice!
I'm putting the buttons in the kids' rooms on Friday & I'd like to get all the hatchlings to their semi-permanent brooders. cortunix in one brooder, chicks & keet in another.
Then, I'm gonna wash the 'bator & hatcher & put them up for a few months!

Hooray! PIPS!
You'll have to post a pic of your duckling.
Here's a pic of mine "ducklings"

LOL! They are the fluffiest, rolley-polley-ist little chicks ever!
I'm not disappointed that they're not ducklings... they're too cute!

I have one chick out and three more pipped. This is a quiet, sneaky bunch. Stealth chicks. Not much noise a pip and then suddenly a chick.

The one out is from Stubby - s/he is very silkie looking at this point. Silver colored, black skinned, but some pink to the toes of her awesome feathered feet. I think I might know who is throwing the wonderful footed chicks.

This is a good thing.

LOL!
You must post pics!
I work tonight & I haven't been online much because all the new YMCA classes started & my kids are in everything.
This week's going to be a busy one.
I really gotta see the soap-opera chicks, though!
