I have 3 chicken tractors (all are moved around by tractor or ATV). My largest tractor I pretty much keep in one spot that's surrounded by electrified poultry net fencing. All of my birds are shifted to their winter coops come November when the Red Tails seem to be particularly active until the spring time when it warms up enough to where I don't need electricity and I'm able to move them into the tractors).
My trailer coop I move around a bit more than the largest as the pen it sits in is smaller.
I'm currently working on my 3rd chicken tractor which will house my bantams. I plan on placing this one in the same pen as the large tractor, however, this one will have movable hoop runs attached to it so that my larger fowl won't bother the bantams.
