who has done dry wall on their chicken coop ?

Bear in mind that both thicker plywood and drywall are HEAVY. Anything you're gonna put wheels on, you need to be engineering right from the start for lightweightness. Have you actually added up what the wieght of your coop is going to be, to see if wheels will be *feasible* and what specs they will need to meet? Remember there are actually two problems, one is having the weight of the coop not crush or lock the wheels but the other is having them not sink into the ground so much that you can't move the coop. The latter can be a major problem with large mobile coops. You need a LARGE diameter wheel, like wheelbarrow wheels.

Good luck, have fun,

Pat

it seems like you are steering away from drywall, but in addition to the durability and moisture and mold issues; I'd worry about rodents being able to chew through it. This wouldn't be a problem if your outer wall were structurally solid, but in my barn the portion I have portioned off for the birds it was necessary to have a more solid inner wall.
