Who here likes True Blood? Special Mini episodes starting May 2nd!

True Blood is very adult oriented, with a lot of sexual content. True Blood is vampires for grown-ups!

Suzettex, the mini episodes are supposed to air Sunday nights following each season 2 episode (They are re-broadcasting season 2 currently). The episodes are supposed to start May 2nd.

I love True Blood. My son wears a Merlotte's t-shirt. We all love that show here. A friend on mine is reading the Sookie Stackhouse books and says they are great also.

I love it! It is a little racier and a lot more violent than I typically go for, but I really got sucked into the story fast when we started watching it.

Definitely not a show for a 14 year old, at least if I had a 14 year old I'd probably say absolutely not to watching it! Adults, however, I tell everyone to watch! I actually bought some "Tru Blood" drinks in the replica bottles. They looked identical to the ones on the show- but the soda was WAYYYYYY to sweet for this non-soda drinker! I also love Jasons "Bon Temps" football shirt, so I bought one of those! If you do get a chance, read the books too- the stay fairly true to the stories, but they change it up on the show to surprise veiwers who have actually read the books! So its not the same story. I think of it as an alternate True Blood Universe! Gahhh

Oh and I have read all the Sookie Stackhouse books they have out so far! The new season starts on June 13th and I get emails from the show about all updates etc.. (yes I am in the fan club) lol lol

Season 2 comes out on DVD on May 25th

I have begged to name our puppy Sookie, but when my youngest dd said it, she pronounces it wrong and it came out sounding bad so we stuck with Pippi for the pup! lol

I always heard about it but never saw it then DW got it on Netflix at first I was like you women and the Twlight crap what is about it then I watched one episode with her and was liek ok this is so not Twilight vampires, this is twilight for adults not I watched every episode with her and she is reading the books and for the Actress that plays Sookie I also enjoyed her as Rouge in the X-men movies so for Me getting to see this other side of her is an added bonus for me.

I want the T-shirt that say's Sookie is mine...

but DW won't allow me and I do own the True Blood bottles with the soda in them never opened them though. We here can't wait till May either it has been along time waiting for it.
