Welcome, One thing though, are the drake ducks mixed in with your chickens, if so they need to be separated?
Drakes can kill hens by mating with them, others on here will tell you the same.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Yes I have already had someone point that out to me and we are keeping the young drake separate from the hens. The older drake does not mount our hens though so he is able to roam with them. I definitely thank you for your advice.
