I wish I could get onto your 'puter because it would be sooo much simpler. But I do have a suggestion, do you know any young adults who are good with computers locally? Sometimes the problem is best solved when someone can physically be on your computer to figure out the problem and go through all the possible solutions. I am not talking an overpriced computer repair company, but some computer nerd types (
) who can work on the problem. They can solve the issue more than likely, and don't usually ask much for the time/labor involved. I know when I am having a hardware or very complicated software issue I can't deal with, I call upon my friends locally who can help since they know more.
