6 pipped eggs, still no babies out yet!!! WOW, this is worse than waiting for Santa!!!! It is really hard to have patience!!! I just can't wait to see my first fluffy butt hatch!!!

No pips yet but this is just day nineteen so not really expecting to yet. Congrats to all and baldie two hatches ago was hatching welsummers the first to pip was number fourteen to hatch so i too was getting worried just dont open bator they seem to know when they have absorbed and when to zip. I know it is nerve wracking you just know something is wrong. I cant tell you how many times i got in my car and drove around the block to keep my stupid hands out of that bator. Never gets easier though as this thread can attest to. All the old timers are just as nervous and excited. Hang in there we are all in the same boat.

they are resting.Hard work. Usually after one hatches and starts making noise you will hear the others answer but right now would not be to concerned about the quiet they have to rest alot for the work ahead

Okay..I'm up to 13 chicks, 1 pipped and still waiting on 4 more. I've had to help 3 chicks from this bunch!!!! I think they were really tossed around by the PO and all had pipped the wrong end of the shell (they couldn't turn in the shell at all) I waited untill all of them had pipped and passed the 24hr point. So far, all are doing good...even Miss 6 toe! (Still looking for a good name

)

Thats awesome Urban Mama !!! I can't wait for mine, the holes are getting bigger and the eggs are rollin!!!! Yippee!!!!!! I have a feeling its going to be a LONG night!!!
