We ordered three Chicks from a hatchery one was supposed to be a Rhode island red male but he doesn't look like one at all. Can you tell what he is?

I’m not an expert but my understanding is that red sex links boys are light colored and the girls are red. So he might be a boy?

What were the other two you ordered and do you have photos? This chick is not a RIR.
Are there little flecks on the wings? May be a Delaware. Which hatchery did you order from?

RIRs are not sex linked chickens and I’m sorry to say I don’t believe that is actually a RIR.
I agree with the above poster it looks like a production red sex linked male.

Red Sexlinks are often sold as RIRs, and if they had no RIR males they threw a RSL male in.

Well he has no flecks on him except for a black mark he has white feathers growing and I bought from Meyer Hatchery and this is very unfortunate to hear because we were hoping to breed Rhode island reds
