Thank you for the warm welcome on this chilly day! I just borrowed a brooder from a friend. Am planning to expand the flock. Lots to think about__ especially concerned about how well my spoiled girls will take to sharing the run with some new folks. I have space to separate them if needed. But I currently have only one coop for sleeping quarters and nest boxes.
