Who is pipping and waiting right now??

Oh what purdy babies.

I am on day 21. have 9 pips and one of them zipping out of 25.
this waiting could drive a person insane!!

UPDATE: 4 hatched, 1 zipped and 8 pipped....yayyyyyyyyy chickies

Update:
I have one little fuzzy butt and another zipping, and 8 pips.

I am using the carton method this time and it seems that the chicks are having a harder time getting out of the shells and onto the the hatcher floor. Anyone else noticed this problem?
Will the shells stick to them as they dry inside the broken shell?

Ok now i don't wanna go to work. I would love to stay home and make sure everyone makes it out but unfortunately that doesn't pay the bills. I will update with more pics when i get home tonight

We had 7 of 14 hatch on Monday!! We have 18 due next week and we just started on Sept. 2. We spent all day on monday watching the chicks pip and hatch and I hadn't even thought of finishing the contruction of my brooder. We used a clear plastic box on Monday and part of yesterday. I got the rest of my parts at Home Depot and finised my brooder yesterday. We put the chicks in and the stress level went down almost immediatly.

I had 9 eggs total set for this batch. I have 3 chicks, and the other 6 eggs are pipped!!

Day 20 for mine and no so much as a pip yet! Even with the 4 bantams that I thought would be early! I am going to start losing hope soon. I really really want the Faverolles to hatch, c'mon chickies!
