I have three mutt eggs in my new genesis hovabator

Making sure I know what I am doing before I try to hatch out a lot of good eggs. There going to hatch on the 14th.

Came home from work at 3:30 CST and found a pip. Bumped up the humidity and nothing yet as of this post time.

I think little chick went too long with low humidity. He was alive this am but, had not come out of his shell and stopped. Membrane was very dry.

Still some others in the bator. Hope all goes well.

I just hatched a defective frizzle. It has no neck fluff!

The little chick that did not survive had pipped on the wrong end, just like the last one on Dec. 6th that did not make it. I should have stepped in sooner. I do have another one with its beak in the air sack, and it's moving! Bumped up humidity and will be on guard and on watch! Don't want to loose another Serama.
