Considering his side has a mountain of evidence and her side has none I think it is pretty clear whose dog it is.
The man the court hired to determine who owned the dog came back saying the dog belonged to the man.
The woman broke the law by not filing a "found report" after she found the lost animal.
The woman posted 150 pictures of her trip to Yosemite, not a single one had a picture of the dog in it. If she truly needed a dog for asthma she would have taken it for all the hiking around Yosemite.
Some people just have no shame.
