Who is this handsome bird with red chest spots?

That’s an Italian/fawn male, those little spots (dirt?) don’t make him female, that red head is a deal breaker! Handsome boy.

Thank you. The spots have been there since the feathers came in. I thought male too. He hasn't got the same body shape as the hens.
