Maybe it's a generation gap or maybe I'm just a weirdo but when I was younger I definitely had a friend I would have considered my "best friend" but wouldn't tell anyone else that because I wouldn't want to hurt feelings or appear rude.
Perhaps also it doesn't matter so much with online friends vs friends in real life.

I love so so so many people on this site. @RoosterWhisperer is my official bestie, but @PippinTheChicken and I are a couple, @Winter Wolf was one of my first friends, along with many others. I haven't mentioned all the people that are in my favorite PMs cause I don't have time, but just know that I love y'all equally.
I also have many friends on here that I'm not too close with but still love anyway and would love to get to know them better.
