Chirping
Got our first two eggs from our flock of 5 two days ago in the morning. I doubt they’re from the same chicken since i had last checked and cleaned the coop 18 hours before I found both eggs in the morning.
We’re trying to figure out who did it. Can you help based on these vent pics?
All girls are squatting and have bright red combs.
I’ve also added eggs to help identify culprit based on color though I think they all will lay around same color eggs.
Hoagie - thought to be olive egger but found out yesterday she’s most likely an Easter egger (maran x EE mix) because she has a single comb so eggs will most likely not be olive
Cheesecake - buff Orpington
Poppy - black australorp
Conchita - Plymouth barred
Persephone - black australorp (I feel like it’s not her for sure based on vent pic)
Any help is appreciated!
