Who laid it?

Well Ive only had one female laying - my buff.

Ive been expecting my Magpie, Cayuga, and black Swedish to start laying.

Went out today, instead of one egg, i had TWO!!!!



But who laid it?
This is the mystery egg next to my buff's egg(s). ITS SO SMALL!

That egg is adorable! One of my Pekins finally gave up her first egg this week and it was thrilling to see a bonus egg in the nesting box!

I wish I could help identify the new egg layer, but I couldn't make an educated guess. My black swedish girl lays a blue egg and I have a splash swedish who lays a white egg...

The darker egg where the dark film is strached off shouts Cayuga to me! They are supposed to start out with a black film that can be strached off. The dark coating is supposed to lighten as more eggs are laid.
