Who laid which egg?

So I have 3 dark egg layers 2 black copper marans and a welsumer... I never know who lays what, can any one help... I have 2 brown (one speckled) and a redish brown. I popped them all in the bator so I guess Ill find out eventualy

but can anyone point out to me who did what

The 3 dark ones are from my one Welsummer. They never look the same ever.

The dark speckled one is from my Cuckoo Marans. (her very first egg) The lighter brown (next to it)with speckles is also from my Welsummer.

Now my Cuckoo Marans lays dark ones. I guess her paint shop is working better.

I'd say the more red tinted one is your welsummer egg.

Welsummers usually lay speckled dark eggs. Marans usually are solid colored.

Yep. Plus, they have two BCM and one Wellie... spot the egg that isn't like the others.

I dont have an answer but I do have a strategy. Grab each chicken and feel its chest. If the ribs seem further apart on some those are laying eggs.
