Welcome I’d give it a little more time and see. Sounds like you have feed and supplement available and the other gals are doing well. As far as egg eating - if I drop an egg or the rare soft shelled egg breaks open my chickens will sure gobble it up. They haven’t turned into egg eaters. I do keep a fake egg or 2 in each nest box though, maybe they figured hard shells are not going to break

Thanks for the welcome! After taking in all the information and advice from numerous and varied sources, I've come to the same conclusion that I have one or two that are taking longer to figure out how to lay the proper egg. I have a fake egg in one of the boxes in the coop. I was hoping to encourage the laying in the boxes instead of my shed. I decided, however, that it was easier to give them a nest in their chosen spot in the shed. They have 3 nesting location choices. Thanks!
