Is in normal for her to not nest at all if she's going to lay a softie or fart egg? With 2 nesting boxes in the coop, I found two this morning right below their roosting bar.Welcome to BYC. It sounds as if you are doing all the right things. Your pullets just need to get the production line organized.
	
  
  Many people won't agree with this but I put grit and oyster shells in the feeders with the feed. The birds take what they want. They are new layers so probably still working out the kinks.
