who puts/doesn't put food and water in the coop?

I put the food inside the coop and the water outside in the pen. I don't want the food to ruin if it rains. I do put the water in the coop in winter to keep it from freezing.

I have a 2 water drinker things in the run and just throw them their grain on the floor every day, my little girl loves to do this job, I also throw any scraps on the floor to. Nothing in the coop as it is open day and night and I don't want the rodents in there. I don't have a feeder full of food as it just gets eaten by the pigeons and sparrows. ( my run is fenced, but not enclosed because I don't have much of a problem with predators where I live)

mine was the same way for a year, I hated it as small birds could fit through the fence. we used a dog kennel and we had a very nice run, but every thing went in and ate the food. we opted to cover our run with hard wire, sooo much better and easier .
