Who Says You Can't Candle Button Quail Eggs

I candle some ( not all ) of my Button quail eggs

i candle the light cream color ones and the light brown ones and i saw veins and a tiny embryo moving!

the darker eggs i couldn't candle but i'm sure they have embryos to!

Now just gotta Pray and hope they make it to hatch day!

It's really hard to see in there... I just gave up. It's like not knowing the sex of a baby before it's born. You just wait for the surprise.

When are yours due to hatch?
I am on Day 14 now. I think I am going to move them from the incubator to the hatcher today.

I candled mine, too- could only see inside the cracked ones. (didnt know they were cracked when they went into the turner)- except for one. I saw veins in one. The other remaining eggs were too dark to see inside.
