Just say, “I notice a member (@Chicken) who received a Spirit Badge 10 years after they were last active. The member also has under 30 messages, none of which would be worthy to earn them a badge. I happen to see that they are also not on the list of members who earned badges, for the quarter they supposedly won, so I assume there was some sort of mistake”
