My sis says there is a coffee place like this near Charlotte Motor Speedway, here in N.C.
Now I might have to check it out. She says the place smells great when she is working at the track.

Coffee Shaft is the outer part of the bean i belive. It comes off when they roast it. You should check and see if there are any small local coffee places around you that roast.​
