Who were your first layers??

Out of 5 I only have 1 who is laying and she is probably 25 weeks old, the others are 19 - 20 weeks old so hopefully soon!

Out of 20 pullets, BO started first and laid at 18 wks 3 days and has laid every day. Have 3-4 others laying; one started the same day as BO, but don't know who it was, other than it was a BR or RIR. Still not sure exactly who is laying now other than the BO, but got 5 eggs today. They're 19 wks 5 days today.

I have
3 - EE's and 1 started laying green eggs at 20 weeks, the other two aren't laying yet
3 - BO's have not layed yet and are 21 weeks old
2 - Barred Rocks have not layed yet and are also 21 weeks old.
